Experience
My experience spans public sector deployments, information management deliveries, hardware development programs and software product development.
As Deployment Project Manager, I represented a public sector customer in a project with security-classified requirements.
I contributed to defining requirements for the overall solution and delivery, including software, supplier expertise and capabilities, solution design, project approach and pricing. I also evaluated and scored proposals and supported vendor selection.
Responsible for agile team leadership, implementing agile practices, deployment planning, coordinating change management and phased solution roll-out.
Leading customer deployment projects within agreed budgets and schedules and to the required quality level. Sales support and hands-on deployment work in a Systems Specialist role.
Senior Project Manager. Cost estimates, resource planning and scheduling as part of project preparation.
Leading an Android-based device program for an international customer. Collaboration with software, electronics, RF, mechanical design, procurement and testing specialists.

I am an experienced project and program manager with over 25 years in projects and programs. I have worked on complex IT projects for public sector organisations and international companies.
My background in object-oriented programming, C++ development and software architecture helps me understand what happens under the hood. I contribute to technical discussions and connect them to the project’s objectives.
I hold a Master’s degree in engineering from Tampere University of Technology. My experience also includes responsibility for project portfolio profitability and training software developers internationally.
I value effective collaboration, clear responsibilities and successful delivery. I also enjoy helping project managers, product owners and team members develop in their roles.
